🛒 Ingredients:
- 200g pasta penne or fettuccine
- 200g shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan or cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup capsicum sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Shrimp
Heat oil in a pan. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning paprika salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and tender. Remove and set aside. - Sauté the Base
